Obama's Pastor Likens the Insurgency to the Israelites
By Rizzuto

Tue Mar 11, 2008 - What Obama's pastor, The Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr., has been saying wouldn't bother me if it wasn't for the fact that his sermons are so overtly political. How can this type of inflammatory rhetoric get a free pass. This man has more or less become a surrogate for the Obama campaign.

This from the Arkansas Democrat Gazette (subscription required):

On Tuesday, Wright criticized the U.S. invasion of Iraq and likened the insurgents to the Israelites under Babylonian rule.

“The God who uses shock and awe, the God who winks at collateral damage, the God who rubber-stamps the racist exploitation of a people - that ain’t the God who took the form of a servant and became obedient even unto death,” he said.

“Beware of who you’re talking to,” he said. “You just might be talking to someone who’s serving a different God than your God.”

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. This guy has a lot of nerve calling someone else a racist. His entire church website talks about nothing but "Black Unity", "Black Family" , "the Black Value System". He also gives a life time achievement award to that utter piece of S**t Farrakhan. Then when confronted by Sean Hannity, he claims to be justified because of "White Christianity". As far as him "serving" a different God, After reading all I have on him, it is my opinion that he serves NO God. He does however serve and subscribe to the ideology of Racism and racial Separation.
