Obama's Pastor: God Damn America, U.S. to Blame for 9/11 Update
By Rizzuto

Thu Mar 13, 2008 - We've already reported on Obama's pastor's inflamatory, anti-American rhetoric, but I've already heard from the liberal left that what Obama's pastor is saying is equivalent to what Pastor John Hagee said, but I'm not buying it. For one thing, Hagee does not really have a personal relationship with Senator McCain. Hagee's comments were at best insulting and insensitive, at worst bigoted, while Obama's pastors words are truly anti-American.

This from ABC News:
Sen. Barack Obama's pastor says blacks should not sing "God Bless America" but "God damn America."

The Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama's pastor for the last 20 years at the Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago's south side, has a long history of what even Obama's campaign aides concede is "inflammatory rhetoric," including the assertion that the United States brought on the 9/11 attacks with its own "terrorism."

In a campaign appearance earlier this month, Sen. Obama said, "I don't think my church is actually particularly controversial." He said Rev. Wright "is like an old uncle who says things I don't always agree with," telling a Jewish group that everyone has someone like that in their family.

Rev. Wright married Obama and his wife Michelle, baptized their two daughters and is credited by Obama for the title of his book, "The Audacity of Hope."
The relationship between Rev. Wright and Obama vs. that of Hagee and McCain are hardly comparable. The influence Wright has had on Obama, by Obama's own admission, is much greater.

Update: Wright slams the Clintons. "Bill did us just like he did Monica Lewinsky. He was ridin' dirty."

In my opinion it is people like that who keep racism alive and well in America. It is in their best interest to keep racism going, without it they are negated just like Jackass Jackson and Fat Albert Sharpton. It really seems like he is trying to sink Obama, I guess in a way they need him to loose if there is a Black Man in the White House how can they shake people down with cries of racism?

Obama, his wife and children all attend this "church". They have been fed this sort of racist garabage for 20 years. You really don't have to wonder why Michele Obama makes the comments she does. It is spoon fed thru this so-called pastor. You are judged by those you choose to associate with. I would put Mr. Obama and his family right up there with this Jeremiah Wright. Now call me a racist!
