This from Congress Daily: 'There is growing frustration that there is nothing on the floor,' said one senior Democratic leadership aide. ‘Lots of frustration that we aren’t acting on some things that it feels like we could act on now that are going to get shoved to the end of the session.All of this despite Majority Leader Steny Hoyer's insistance that the Dem led congress is "doing a lot of work".
